Magnetic Attachment – No Permanent Fixings to the Van
One of the key features of our VW T3 rear hatch privacy shelter is the way it attaches to the camper.
Integrated magnets secure the shelter directly to the metal body around the rear hatch opening. This allows the fabric to follow the shape of the vehicle while keeping the sides neatly positioned against the van.
There is no need to drill holes or install permanent snap fasteners into the bodywork.
Simply open the rear hatch, position the shelter against the vehicle and allow the magnetic edges to attach to the body.
At the top, two adjustable buckle straps secure the shelter to the open rear hatch and help maintain the correct position and tension.
A Fully Enclosed Private Space
Unlike a simple windbreaker or rear curtain, this is a fully covered rear hatch privacy tent.
The side and rear panels create an enclosed space behind the camper, providing privacy from every direction while still allowing easy access to the rear of the van.

3-Zipper Entrance with Easy Roll-Up Opening
The entrance uses a practical 3-zipper opening system.
Open the zippers and roll the front panel upwards when you want unrestricted access to the rear area. When privacy is needed, simply roll the panel back down and close the zippers.
This gives you the flexibility to use the shelter as an open rear camping area during the day and turn it into a private enclosed space whenever needed.
Secured to the Ground with Six Tent Stakes
Once attached to the van, the bottom of the shelter is secured using six included tent stakes.
Anchoring the lower edges helps keep the shelter properly positioned and creates a cleaner, more stable shape around the rear of the camper.
