Een nieuw doek voor het Westfalia Weekender-hefdak van de EuroVan / T4 met korte wielbasis. We naaien elk doek op bestelling in onze eigen werkplaats in Letland, in de kleur die je kiest, met 3 ramen en horgaas.
Zelfde indeling als origineel onderdeelnummer 701 070 717 H (vroege daken, tot 1998). Het past ook op de latere Weekender-daken tot 2003: klanten hebben ons doek gemonteerd op een EuroVan Weekender uit 2000 en een uit 2003. Compatibel onderdeel, geen origineel VW-onderdeel.

Meet de onderrand van het voorste paneel van het doek, van hoek tot hoek. Ongeveer 118–119 cm is een Weekender (EuroVan Weekender, of een Multivan met hefdak), gebouwd in 1990–2003 op de korte wielbasis. Meet je 124–125 cm, dan is het een California-dak en heb je een ander doek nodig.
Ze lijken op elkaar, maar het voorpaneel van het Weekender-doek is ongeveer 6 cm smaller (118–119 cm tegenover 124–125 cm). Een California-doek past niet op een Weekender-dak, dus meet voordat je bestelt.
Beide passen op hetzelfde Weekender-dak. Tel de ramen in je oude doek en kies dezelfde indeling, of neem 3 ramen als je meer ventilatie wilt. Elk raam heeft horgaas in wit, grijs of zwart.
Het doek, op bestelling gemaakt in jouw kleur, en een gedrukte montagehandleiding. De meeste eigenaren zijn er 4 tot 6 uur mee bezig, inclusief het verwijderen van het oude doek. Met een helper gaat het makkelijker. Is het rubberen vulprofiel in je dakgoot versleten? Het vulprofiel van 8 m voor de korte wielbasis is los te koop.
Ja, als het hefdak het Weekender-type is met een voorpaneel van ongeveer 118–119 cm. Reimo-, SCA- en EMC-daken op T4-bussen hebben hun eigen doek nodig. Twijfel je? Stuur ons een foto van het geopende dak en we bevestigen het binnen één werkdag.

Ja, we verzenden met FedEx naar de VS, vast tarief €20. Voor kopers in de VS en Canada zijn de invoerrechten bij de prijs inbegrepen, dus je betaalt niets bij levering. Voor het VK zijn de invoerrechten en btw ook bij de prijs inbegrepen. Binnen de EU betaal je geen douanekosten.

Easy install and perfect fit. I didn't disconnect the roof support as the instructions said. Easier to slip it over the front. Pull to the back on top of the roof. Lower roof allowing the support to fold giving enough slack to pull canvas over the rear.

The Dim Grey (three window, black mesh) canvas for our 1995 T4 SWB Westfalia pop-top shipped and arrived as was advised. The quality was excellent and certainly a welcome upgrade to the windowless non-original canvas our VW had. Installation went smooth enough as per instructions, assisted by using a new rubber cord pushed into the aluminum c section with a 50mm paint scraper. The requirement to carefully and equally tension the new canvas, rear-to-front, when installing the bottom of the canvas should be well appreciated.

The tent fits well. Still there are some wishes: 1. On the backside we miss on both sides the straps to keep the tent into the corner. That was in the original tent available. 2. On the bed I miss the strap which keeps the sides inwards. This was also the case in the original tent. It was attached with Velcro tape. And could easely tightened. The colour is as I liked, because the stripes on the outside of the van are almost the same colour. I Installed the tent together with my son, who uses the camper moet of the time. Perhaps it is a good idea to have the rubber strip on the bottom outside the camper as an option to have it in your shop. We had to biy it seperately in an other shop. If you like more pictures or have a question, please don't hesitate

caneva is in nylon, good fabric quality. waterproof but not breathable. zipper are really small ones. nothing to hold windows caneva when open . size and cut is perfectly right. no install advices or manual provided. so: - beware to put mosquitos net on the outside ! - mesure and mark middle of fabric front and rear - install upperside first - remove all the top bed (including rear fixed board) for an easy inside acces. - use a strap to adjust roof level to reduce tension and fix the bottom fabric under the rail. - really helpful to use a solder iron or any metal sharp object heated on the flame to puncture fabric before screwing . but caution it s Nylon !
